This is Robertamo's page. I met him back in the day in grade 7, so about 7 years ago now. I don't know what I would do without him. He's a great friend, you need him, he's there. Q. How long do they live for?
A. Generally 80 years but you know he'll live to be at least 100.
Q. What do they eat?
A. Robertamo is very picky. When in doubt feed him pizza.
Q. What kind of cage and bedding do I need?
A. He requires a heated water bed and Star Wars sheets.
Q. Should I have more than one?
A. No, he would feel threatned. It is best to only keep one.
Q. How much will this set me back?
A. Robertamo is relatively inexpensive. They don't cost anything to have, I sort of just found mine. Pizza money and Tim Horton's are required occasionally as a treat.
Q. What are their common health problems?
A. I have never seen my Robertamo sick. They are tough guys and may go through an entire lifetime without ever falling ill.
Q. Are they easy to find in pet stores?
A. Usually in the same area as the birds.
Q. What kind of maintenance do they require?
A. None, they are very low maintenance, you'll be surprised.
Q. When do they sleep?
A. Whenever possible. He is mostly nocturnal. Robertamo does have the capability to sleep till 6pm if left undisturbed.
Q. Do they make noise?
A. Robertamo makes different noises depending on where you poke him.
